About HBDA ... The Hawaii Ballroom Dance Association (HBDA), by charter, is "an educational and charitable concern, dedicated to enriching the lives of the people of Hawaii". HBDA is able to provide ballroom dance instruction at a nominal cost. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and each instructor and officer volunteers their time and efforts.
